Ingredients [Serves 4] Broth Ingredients
• 1000 grams Water
• 4 bags Dashi Packs (Any) • 50 grams Light Soy Sauce • 50 grams Mirin
• 50 grams Cooking Sake
Nabe Ingredients
• Napa Cabbage
• Green Onions • Shiitake Mushrooms • Shimeji Mushrooms
• Chicken Thighs
• Cod Fillets
Dipping Sauce Ingredients
• Ponzu Sauce
• Yuzu Kosho Pepper

01 Prepare the nabe ingredients by cutting them into bite sized pieces. |

02 In a pot, combine all the broth ingredients and bring to a boil. |
|
03 Once it's boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 7 minutes. |
|
04 Remove the dashi packs. |
|
05 Add the meat and any dense vegetables that take longer to cook into the pot first. |
|
06 Remove any impurities that surface with a skimmer or spoon. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer them until they soften. |
|
07 Serve the hot pot and enjoy it with ponzu sauce and yuzu kosho pepper according to your preference. |
