Since its establishment in 1871 as a wholesale in the Tokyo Central Fish Market, we have been proudly supplying Dashi, Hinomono, and Saikyo-zuke to Michelin-starred restaurants and other top Japanese professionals for 151 years. We have opened our branch in Brooklyn in September, 2022 but already our Dashi has the backing of some of the most prestigious restauranteurs.
