Ingredients [Serves 2] • 100 grams Japanese Mountain Yam (Yamaimo)
• 1 bag Standard Dashi Pack • 150 grams Water • 1 bag Dashi Pack (Any) • 18 grams Light Soy Sauce • 36 grams Sugar |
01 Put dashi pack, water and light soy sauce, sugar in a pot and bring to a boil, simmering for 7 minutes to make a strong broth. |
02 Grate the Japanese mountain yam. |
03 Gradually add the cooled dashi broth to Step 2, mixing it in little by little. |
04 Garnish with wasabi and green onions as desired, and it's ready to serve. |
05 Enjoy. |
Tips Using a fine grater will result in a smooth texture. |
