Bacon Cabbage Miso Soup

Ingredients

[Serves 2]

• 50 grams Cabbage
• 20 grams Bacon
• 1 bag Dashi Pack (Any)
• 600 grams Water
• 50 grams Miso (Any)

Cut the cabbage and bacon into bite-sized pieces.

Put the dashi pack, water, cabbage, and bacon in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, simmer over medium heat for 7 minutes.

Remove the dashi pack. Once the spring cabbage is cooked through, dissolve the miso paste into the broth.
