Noodle Preparation
Bring at least 8½ cups of water to a rolling boil in a large pot for each pack of noodles. Once boiling, add the noodles one at a time, gently stirring with chopsticks. Avoid adding them all at once, as they may stick together.
1
When the noodles float to the surface, reduce the heat slightly to prevent boiling over and cook for 10–11 minutes.
2
Once they reach your preferred texture, drain immediately in a colander. Rinse well under cold water, rubbing gently to remove excess starch.
3
Drain thoroughly. Chilling the noodles firmly in cold water will enhance their smooth texture and resilient bite.
