Ingredients [Serves 6] Dashi Ingredients
• 1600 grams Water
• 7 bags Tokyo Dashi Packs
• 100 grams Light Soy Sauce • 100 grams Mirin • 10 grams Sugar • 2 grams Salt Oden Ingredients
• 1/2 of a Daikon Radish
• 6 Eggs • Other preferred ingredients: Fried Fish Cakes, Konjac etc. |
01 Prepare the oden ingredients by parboiling separately the daikon radish, boiling and peeling the eggs. |

02 In a pot, combine all the dashi ingredients and place it on the heat. |

03 Once it boils, simmer on low heat for 7 minutes, squeeze the dashi packs and remove them. Then, add the oden ingredients. |

04 After adding the oden ingredients, bring to a boil again, and simmer on very low heat for 30 minutes. |

05 Let it cool for a few hours to let the flavors infuse. |

06 Reheat and serve. You can enjoy it with mustard and yuzu pepper. |
