What's inside the box?

• Sano Miso - Kogane Miso Red
  Crafted using the finest glutinous rice koji, with a generous 12-part ratio, and high-quality, large soybeans from Hokkaido. Naturally fermented and matured over a long period, this miso showcases the smooth sweetness of glutinous rice combined with the rich umami and robustness of Hokkaido soybeans.Its naturally balanced sweetness and umami are exceptional, with a delightful chewy texture. It pairs perfectly as a dip for fresh vegetables as well.
• Tokyo Dashi
  To complement the bold sweetness and umami of red miso, we selected the richly flavored Tokyo Dashi.Tokyo Dashi features a deep, strong umami derived from high-quality ingredients like soda bonito, saba-bushi (dried mackerel), and dried anchovies. This robust dashi creates a synergistic effect with the miso, resulting in a miso soup with a lingering, comforting depth of flavor.
• Aosa Seaweed
  Finest aosa seaweed, rich in umami. Just sprinkle directly into your miso soup for an extra boost of flavor.
