Dashi-blended soy sauce made with a combination of soda bonito and yakiago (grilled and dried flying fish). Lighter in flavor than the standard dashi-blended soy sauce, it’s ideal for bringing out the natural flavors of ingredients.
Add your favorite soy sauce and let it rest in the refrigerator. After 7 days your flavor-infused sauce will be ready to use. The dashi can be reused up to 3 times. Simply refill the bottle with soy sauce, let it rest and your sauce is ready.
