    Hand-Kneaded Inaniwa Udon

    This dried form of udon is the most delicious among the many dried forms that I've tried. After a quick boil, I add the udon to my dashi soup filled with veggies and sometimes dumplings for an amazing meal! The udon is slightly springy with a smooth, slippery surface and has a good "slurpability" factor when enjoyed in soup. Highly recommended!
