A base to make Dashi-blended soy sauce made with soda bonito, nodoguro (blackthroat sea perch), Rausu-grown kelp, and dried scallops. The umami and sweetness of the prized nodoguro are enhanced by the kelp and scallops, creating a rich and exquisite flavor.

Add your favorite soy sauce and let it rest in the refrigerator. After 7 days your flavor-infused sauce will be ready to use. The dashi can be reused up to 3 times. Simply refill the bottle with soy sauce, let it rest and your sauce is ready.
