Ingredients [Serves 2] • 300 grams Rice
• 300 grams Water • 60 grams Ginger • 1 bag Dashi Pack (Any) • 36 grams Light Soy Sauce • 30 grams Cooking Sake • Sliced Green Onion for garnish |
01 Rinse the rice thoroughly. After rinsing, add water to the pot so that the total weight of rice and added water together is 600g. Let it soak for 30 minutes. |
02 Julienne the ginger. |
03 Add the ginger to Step 1, then start cooking the rice using either a rice cooker or a pot. |
04 Once cooked, remove the dashi packet, gently mix in the sliced green onion, and it's ready. |
05 Enjoy. |
